The second day of training began with the topic “Blogging with Blogger”. The facilitator, Justin Chisenga, exposed participants to the Blogger interface and how to create blogs. All participants were able to create their own blogs. How to post blogs were also treated in the afternoon after which participants posted their own articles on their blogs and published them on the internet. It was really exciting seeing our own writings on the World Wide Web and especially after finding out that people were viewing our articles.

The third day has began with participants making more posts on their blogs reporting on the Web 2.0 training so far. The day will continue participants learning how to use Wikis / Google Docs for Remote Collaboration. Other topics including Content Licensing and Photo Sharing Using Flickr will be treated before the day ends.

It has really been exciting moments the past two days and we are looking forward to more interesting discoveries through this learning opportunity.
Thanks to CTA, FAO and the CSIR for making this training possible.
